What a stupidly lob sided question. As if that realisation is some sort of guarentee. What's your opinion - sack him or give a little more time to realise the potential of our best squad in 30 years?

So then it's easy to have a go without even offering your opinion. That is all.You wouldn't even mind, it isn't even close to accurate.

That is all what?
I've offered my opinion in this thread several times.
It isn't the best squad in 30 years - one of the worst shouts I have seen on here.
The results are a joke and at any other big club he would be sacked.
Really so you don't think Lakaku stones Barkley del etc are not part of the best group of players we have had for decades. 5 of these also in the England squad the most since we won the league. I agree results should be better but you just sack him without a plan and you clearly don't have one. That is all what?

He kept the winning side as the starting 11, which people in here wanted him to do
We dominated, hit the post twice.
WBA offered nothing going forward. It's clear that Kone brings out the best in Lukaku. Anything coming into the Box was being snuffed out because A) WBA play 4 CBs, B) our wide boys offer nothing physical at the back post of crosses. Put as many wingers as you want on, they'll beat that first CB one on one but have nothing to aim at. That's why he brought Kone on. It was absolutely the right sub to make of all the options. Niasse would probably have been the one to come on had he been fit.
We got Tony Pulis'd as many teams have over the years. We played well. For one, I'm really enjoying the evolution of Coleman into this RB/ACM hybrid. The opponents just can't pick him up.
Hindsight is a beautiful thing but I think it's clear Pulis knew we'd go with the same 11. Perhaps Baines and Pienaar would have been a better option to try and unlock them but, again, we have very little to aim at in the CF position.

It highlights that as good as Barkley has been this season a top rated play-maker who can pull the strings and play the clever ball to unlock a tight defence is what we really need although admittedly they are hard to find, playing two DM's doesn't help much eitherI think the last two games have been a microcosm of where we are at the moment. Against Stoke we counter-attacked brilliantly and should have won by more than 3 goals. We only had 34% possession but hit them consistently on the break, at pace and with good movement by support players. The move for our penalty was a great example of this. A ball from our own half from Oviedo to Barkley, a neat back heel to Oviedo again, who had run on, a quick through ball to Cleverley who had pushed on at pace and he was into their box. The whole move was played at pace and was very direct. This type of move is what we excel at. To play this way, though, you need space for players to move into when we attack. Away from home this is usually not a problem, as the opposition will normally want to push forward as they are the home team. When their attacks break down we have the players to exploit this.
When we play at home, however, the situation is different. Occasionally we will play a team who will come at us and we have a similar situation to an away game. Chelsea this season was a good example of this. They had 61 % possession but we hit them effectively on the break and won pretty comfortably. Usually at home, however, the opposition will sit back and look to hit us on the break (e.g. Stoke and Leicester) or just defend in numbers (e.g. West Brom yesterday). Breaking down teams who set up like this is something we are less good at. I'd say Arsenal are one of the best at this, where they will play a forward game based on quick, short passing in the opposition half with continuous movement of their forward players to try to find space. The movement of our attacking players isn't good enough to do this and we end up either playing primarily down the wings or shuffling the ball side-ways. In situations like that the likes of Baines and Pienaar (at least when he was in his prime) are much more effective than Oviedo and Cleverley. I would be tempted to go for different players and set ups at home and away from home. At home we need players who can operate in a close inter-passing game with constant movement to try to find space. Away from home we do as we do now - absorb pressure and hit teams with pace on the break.

You Must have seen a different game to me. I thought we where poor in the 2nd half, their keeper didn't have a safe to makeHe kept the winning side as the starting 11, which people in here wanted him to do

Our home record is shocking but Martinez has done it right in his first season.
