Roberto Martinez discussion

I support my team. Always.

You have had your knife drawn for Roberto since day one. You are now revelling in sticking said knife in at every opportunity. You don't support anything. Only moan, whine and bitch with a smug 'I told you so' attitude.

You're only seen here when we lose.
'Fans' like you aren't worth sh1t.

Be honest did you do the same when Everton finished 5th 2 seasons ago?

Mind you and feel free to check my posts. Did I call for his sacking since the beginning of this season (last season yes I did)? I always said review his position in May 2016.

Your assumption was wrong I did post when the team won and would always feel great whenever the team won.

What is the point when you abuse someone you don't know and use the s word just because others don't share the same opinion with you...

@chicoazul I feel there's a goldmine in waiting right here.

Did you hear the guy on the phone in after the match saying the subs are down to someone else not Martinez? Said Graeme Jones made the calls and Dunc was just sat there shaking his head.
I find that hard to believe.
Surely Martinez is making the calls and Jones is just following his instructions?
And if Dunc was shaking his head, although understandable, I'm not sure that's his best way forward!

A player most people on here didn't even want in the team. Perhaps credit where it's due for picking him in the first place.
But then he goes and puts Kone in the game. He cant really have it both ways. 'Hey look, he put Lennon in there so he must know what he's doing' and then completely ruins any sort of goodwill from fans by putting Kone in the match ahead of MUCH better players. Its like his outfield version of his Howard infatuation.

That's right, people can't have it both ways, they can't say he picks players when he also picks good players too. You can't have it both ways either. See what I did there?

Go back to never looking like winning stuff, boring hoofball footy and 40 points is our goal Moyes?

Oh dear.

CL, 2 X Europa 1 FA CUP FINAL, 1 X SEMI. With a club that was relegation fodder, zero cash. Restores clubs ambitions, hands over respected squad littered with internationals, ( JAGs, Baines, Coleman, Howard, distain)...+ youth prospects Barkley, he bought stones, too. Naismith on a free + mirallas and huge cash made on Rooney, Rodwell and lescott.

Martinez achievements: none and declining league status
Signings, besic (injury prone), kone (poor), alcaraz (iffy), Del good, Rom, great, Galloway, promising. Barry, very good.

I'd say since Martinez has had three years to backwards, let's get shot whilst the squad has some value and attraction to a decent manager. He's bought Rom and a couple of others, we're a leg up for him but a backwards step for Everton.

Go on feel free to do so. And please read carefully I said since the beginning of this season.

Oh and last time the biscuit monster quoted my posts about McCarthy which are from summer 2013 merely. Was I wrong about Kone and Alcaraz though? Didn't see him quoted my posts about that. Don't take things out of context this time.

Can he quoted things that I said right though?

Besic isnt injury prone, theres a massive difference between a player who has a bad 6months compared to a player who has a bad 6 years.

Subs weren't great it's fair to say. That said it didn't really make much odds. We had a steady flow of chances we didn't take.

These days happen in footie, as frustrating as they are.

Over 10 years. Martinez has had 3.

He didn't get in the Champions League either, cut that myth out, we were knocked out in qualifying.

Certainly didn't restore ambition, said 40 points was the goal each season. "Knife to a gunfight".

His signings on a limited budget were great on the whole, he was terrible with big money though, Martinez has done better in the big purchases. He sent Barkley on loan more than he played him, and Martinez wanted to buy Stones too but we outbid Wigan.

Honestly, the comparisons are moot though, it's history. I think I've dispelled a few myths though.

That's not how the vaults work lol

I wonder if Martinez would do better managing in another country. Personally I think he would do quite well in the Bundesliga where you rarely get the bus parked on you and even the crap teams come out to attack.

I want him sacked now, I think. Not because I think he's incompetant but because I think he's cursed.

He clearly spent this entire summer standing on black cats, breaking mirrors and pissing in egyptian tombs. Get him out before the stadium falls down and lukaku breaks both his legs slipping in the bath.
