I'm sorry?Really worried that these new lads could torpedo our plans for a new stadium in the city, and try to palm us off with a cheap, nasty alternative out on the periphery instead.
Hang on...
What plans are those?

That's it then. Job done!In terms on new owners coming in and what might be the order of their priorities, I'd guess the following would be the best use of time, resources and capital:
(i)Agree transfer and wage budgets with Roberto Martinez for the summer and season 2016/17.
(ii) clear existing debt
(iii) Improve the executive management team with the focus being on sponsorship, commercial contracts and retail activities. Provide the necessary working capital to fund these programmes.
(iv) Agree a solution to the stadium issue, ie redevelopment or new stadium. Fund and execute solution.
That's it then. Job done!

Everton edge towards £200m takeover
"Moores, who bought baseball team San Diego Padres from Liverpool chairman Tom Werner for $80m (£53.7m) in 1994, is believed to be worth about £500m.
Moores and Noell have a background in technology.
Moores founded BMC software and also JMI Equity, a venture capitalism arm of his empire, which Noell helped to co-found".
Moores isn't rich enough buy the club and to pay for a new stadium along with having money for transfers. How will they fund all those things?
Considering where you're advertising, I fear as money making opportunities go, this wont be a good earner.I am available at the appropriate rate![]()

Yeah...... but..... apart from that? lolFinch Farm, they sold it, and the club no longer owns it - the "legitimate business move" gambit is not relevant

....suppose they will do what most folk do when they need money, get a loan. The big question, though, is how will they repay it.
If they were to build a new stadium, could they build in Stanley Park as the RS were going to do?
Never get planning permission for that mate, not a snowballs chance in hellThis is the bit I don't get about us building a new stadium. Why can't we just go into Stanley Park from the Park End and build it that way round?
