What news is this lad
Tim Howard returns and Romelu Lukaku is fit but Seamus Coleman is out -
"We want competition for places and I think Joel Robles has been terrific. He has had a huge role to play in big games and has done really well, but in the same manner Tim Howard brings a quite unique experience and know-how.

"Of course you get good moments and bad moment for any player but we appreciate what Tim Howard brings on top of what he offers in between the sticks.

"He is going to be the first Everton player to have 350 Premier League appearances which is an incredible return" continued the Blues gaffer.

IMO RM needs to become a MP with this quote who is he kidding only himself I am afraid!

I do still believe its a fear of a dressing room revolt or upset within the squad. When Eto'o and Distin were stirring all kinds last Season i think Howard was on Roberto's side and in a way, Roberto seems to be playing him despite being awful as a way of saying thanks. Plus, Howards ego is that huge, if he got dropped he'd kick up a fuss i reckon.

Oh absolutely this. A despicable man

Depending on whether tonight's game goes incredibly badly for us and TH in particular, this thread could burst the 500 page barrier come midnight.
Prays for TH to have an absolute blinder while fearing the opposite and fumeageddon to commence.

Hope that Tim shows up tonight.

Doubt it like. But I hope.

That Tim is gone forever. While I don't think that particular season was one of his best by a long shot (he still made numerous howlers that won't be included in highlights reels) he actually did make some saves that he's clearly not capable of anymore. That penalty save from Benteke was superb, however Richard Wright also made a world class penalty save once. There's one he made at Selhurst Park from Jerome Thomas that was brilliant as well. Apart from that, 90% of saves in that video are pretty routine in all honesty. But hey, you'd do very very well to find enough reasonable saves to make a 4 minute compilation from the last two seasons

Made a decent save @ Southampton just before a goal aswell if I remember, but he's a goalie he gets paid to make important saves, he just makes so many poor mistakes, even pundits are suggesting he needs replacing
