Hello mate. When that young squad with potential doesn't exist anymore.

Fair enough mate. Just would like to see that young squad be taken to its potential, and with the defensive play over the past season or so, I can't see it happening. Agree totally that Martinez needs credit for bringing in those players, but guess I'm not as patient as you!

Still have faith in him, Martinez has made mistakes in other games, but they haven't really cost us, today when we got our third he should have brought Besic on right away for Kone, and kept it tight.

There's always replacements, it just means taking someone who's a risk.

I think it's easier to change managers at the end of the season but to pick an example, sampaoli is probably leaving chile. If we're happy hiring a tax dodging crook who can't speak english, he has a fine reputation.

And said replacements need to be bought out of their contracts onto of all our remaining being paid off.

Have actually already said on this thread today mate, that Martinez gets the blame for today's game because he got it wrong big style, you know, when he get's it right I'll praise him, when he get's it wrong I'll [Poor language removed] him off.

That's the problem with playing kitchen sink football, when it's right we look great. people laughed at kevin keegan at Newcastle , but our style is similar, attacking with nearly all outfield players ,then wonder why they are all out of position when the move breaks down.

Agreed mate. I would go as far to say the far bigger danger to Everton than the Manager is the geordieisation of a portion of our fan base.
