People do that, but if people have came to the conclusion (not agenda - there are people who have pre-set agendas but not that many, and to be blunt a few have pro Martinez agendas too) that the man isn't good enough to manage us, then they shouldn't kneejerk away from that based on one result to the next.
I'd back Martinez if he gave me reason to. I don't for the same reason I didn't defend Moyes - in exactly the same way that guy was too dour and negative and self-preservationist to take us on to the next level, Martinez is too attack-minded, reckless and lacks pragmatism. We need a middle ground to get the best of the players we have.
Do we have a worse side than Stoke? In my eyes, absolutely not - but we're way more unbalanced as a unit tactically, and that comes from the managerial setup.
