Poor refereeing I thought.On today's game:
Sorry Dave, your perspicacity on prosaic thing (a football game),is as figuratively foundered on reef as the rest of us. I hope you don't mind us seriously questioning your perspicacity on other matters .
How many will still be here next season Dave?Good start for this young team like isn't it? It'll do for now until we get them all firing as a winning outfit next season.
Only if he fancies a coffee

The general consensus on Twitter you mean. Not the best sample demographic, I think you'll agree. We'll see how people feel when Martinez lifts the League and FA Cup.
Interestingly, it looks as if Leicester are playing football at its simplest and are beating a whole stack of teams making it more difficult than it needs to be.
Quick, energetic strikers pressing defenders and getting early balls from a no-nonsense defence. The defence presses the wide men and block crosses, and the centre halves [Poor language removed] the thing when it comes to them. Midfielders make tackles and get it forward. Keeper comes out and catches it.
It's the simplest form of football, but somewhere along the line the league's super-technical managers have forgotten how to beat it.
It's a little off topic, but it looks pretty plainly obvious that in a battle of "styles" today, Leicester's was clearly more effective. And we ain't the first team to discover that this season.
Fairly sure only Moyes liked Moyes for the last few years tbh.Don't understand why people want Martinez out yet loved Moyes. Maybe the expectations hit the roof after RM's 1st season and now it is expected that we should be granted a top 4 place. The same obviously didn't apply to Moyes even though we finished 4th and had a great European run the following season.
I thought we'd win today.On today's game:

but what if he doesn't and we have a Christmas/new year like last year and we exit the league cup ?
Refusing to be honest with the fan base is coming back to haunt him. It's all well and good chatting crap when you're doing well, but it's doubly infuriating when the results are bad.
I refrain from the obvious criticism over defeats. From day one here he's had to deal with a lot of rubbish as he's dragged this clubs team back to being a football team and not an embarrassment. Will he get things wrong along the way? Yes. But he's done magnificently in turning this club around to face in the right direction. Now we stand on the cusp of something special. It's time for Evertonians to get behind this team and manager and give them 100% belief and support.
