Ive stood by him and love him but unfortunately he isnt good enough at organising us defensivly to get us anywhere above mid table. Attacking wise were lovely under him but youre not going to win half the games you should unless you keep clean sheets... something that he just cant manage to achieve.

Martinez needs to figure out how to win matches very quickly because at the moment a good squad is being sold short. Either we massively overrate our players or Martinez is lacking in tactical nous, the reality is that it's probably a bit of both.
He doesn't have long to figure this out. If we go into the summer without European football then we all know what is likely to happen to the likes of Stones and Lukaku. Right now it's actually very worrying to think about where we'd be in Lukaku's absence.
The football has been more pleasing on the eye this year, but the difficulties in winning football matches is still there for all to see.

Whilst I don't think giving him the boot is the answer he needs to get his head out of his backside, we've won 17 of the last 55 games (or something like that) for a supposedly great team apparently challenging for the top 4/6 that is woeful.
His stubbornness is incredibly irritating, something has to change, and quickly, otherwise last season is looking like the norm and not a blip.
