13 points out of 10 games

Imthink the forms been fine but some results have been unfortunate and avoidable. Personnaly I'd put it down to having an ever changing and inexperienced defence with two of our best and most experienced players missing for most of the season.

If the form has been fine are you happy for it to continue and us to finish tenth?

Oh yeah, the "Industry standard last 162 points measure"

Who on earth calculates progress on a 162 point scale?!!!

You're barking mad mate!

You may as well pick any other random number of actual and possible points to argue your opinion on.

Ludicrous.
So by you constant posturing, picking and choosing which points you want to acknowledge and a new ability to tell lies (see posts about me only posting after draws and loses) I'll take it that you do think 17 wins from 54 and 70 from a possible 162 is good enough.

Lol

A man under no expectations cannot fail.

No "get out of jail free" cards being played here quite the opposite in fact. But by looking at his career with Everton only you're not being prejudiced by any problems or mitigating circumstances he had elsewhere that you are unlikely to know about.

You also can't on the one hand ask people to look at Moyes time with us as a whole and then cherry pick an arbitrary amount of games to hold Martinez account to its ridiculous. This "thesis" of yours has more holes in it than a Swiss cheese.
I'm not looking at Moyes time as a whole, I'm saying people cherry pick moments and seasons from his tenure to prove why he was so bad.

Form is the how well a team plays are you mixing it up with results?

I'd like to win every game between now and the end of the season, truth be told, but that won't happen sadly.

I think you are mixing it up. When people ask 'what is Everton's recent form' they don't want Daceks subjective opinion on how this is the best football he's ever seen. The answer is over 6 games 2 wins 4 draws. We have the tenth best form in the league which is why we're tenth.

We have been undefeated ( which is the new benchmark setter) since Jagielka got injured. And a poor/inexperienced defence was the sole reason Bournemouth collapse? in the 2nd half where we barely strung a pass together and the whole team more or less stopped pressing.

Lol at that first paragraph when earlier you told me that any stats presenting website would include all of Martinez time in charge, could you visit one of those sites and post a link via this thread or PM that has a form table based on quality of performance as appose results. You're making it up as you go, with the odd insult.

It's honestly not that difficult, no one is asking for a league win or even for top 4, all I am saying is that in my opinion we should be higher up with the players we have. Half of this diatribe is brought about because of a group trying to convince everyone that we're playing the best football since Brazil 1970. When in doubt look at the league table. I am hoping and expecting it to look far healthier at the end of the season.

Can't we just agree that we're playing some boss footy, we just need to convert these draws into wins?

Said this for years under Moyes. It was the same then but for different reasons. If you ignore aspects of your defence or attack then those draws continue to stay draws. That magical 'click' moment never happens.

Most sides have a special player that can turn draws into wins, Arsenal with Sanchez, city Aguero, even someone like Leicester has Mahrez plating out of his skin. Unfortunely we seem to rely on rom and del for everything, with Barkley supporting. One more player on those threes level and we'd be taking 3's most weeks.
