The other day I read one paper saying Stones was #1 target but now they are back to Lukaku. Agree with you that there will be a lot of speculation about both this January although I can't see us selling either in this window.I feel it will be all about stones and Lukaku being pursued I dont think we will buy anyone!

Manchester United want Everton hotshot Romelu Lukaku to solve their goal shortage and will launch a move for the Belgian next month. Reports in Italy say that United want an experienced Premier League striker to assist Anthony Martial leading the attack and Lukaku fits that bill.
Lukaku has been enjoying a purple patch recently, hitting 12 league goals in total this season with six coming in his last six outings. United are in desperate need of firepower having only managed 10 goals in their last 12 matches.
While Martial has impressed during his debut season following his big-money move in the summer, manager Louis van Gaal knows he needs a striker who can come straight in and hit the goal trail. Lukaku moved to Everton from Chelsea at the start of last season for £28m on a five-year deal. Everton would be reluctant to sell the 22-year-old but could be persuaded if United come in with a big-money offer.
