Their is only @davek offering up opinions on why Martinez is the right man, and fair play to him, the rest who want Martinez are HIDING behind sarcasm and name calling. Bad day for that group, although they will be jumping for joy at the 1-1 'victory'
Quite ironic you're saying it when you're literally resorting to the same thing. I also defend Martinez where defence is earned, but I just stay away from the Ebeptov forums because there's too many knobheads namecalling, who say that others are namecalling. x

I don't agree I always try and offer up an opinion. That won't be influenced by the clan. Desperate for approval.

What have they ever done that hasn't been mediocre? You continue to confuse individual player ability with the effectiveness of the team. Individually this side is more talented than most in the league. Collectively though it's performing as the tenth best. Why is that? Because collectively our defence is mediocre, our fitness is poor, our keeper is terrible, and we don't score goals from a midfield who struggle to put in a 90 minute performance. So you can keep going on about how these players are the best in 30 years but currently the team performances are not reflecting that.

What I see is 4 world class players carrying a lower midtable ensemble who have no comprehension of how to defend. The team construct itself is mediocre regardless of how much personally you enjoy watching the attacking passing.
"What I see is 4 world class players carrying a lower midtable ensemble who have no comprehension of how to defend"....and one of the world class players is in that defence and the other three are internationals who are very far from being 'mediocre'.

Honest, just keep on posting mate, you're making my points for me.

As sure as I'm a genius the following is going to happen. Players like rom and Stones and del are going to go next 2 seasons. I for one won't be blaming them. How could you. They are class players who can play champs league. They will not under this manager.

He does not organise set piece defending. He didn't at Wigan and obviously doesn't here. He will not take the opportunity to grab a champs league spot this year when it seems to be a great opportunity. Of course one can say the players should have scored 5 in the first half. But they didn't. So the manager must look at the second half. He must earn his corn by getting a positive result.

It was obvious especially with prior experience of what happens the team that 10 mins into the second half the way we were set up and playing it was going to be a draw at best. He needed to go more attack minded. 2 out wide on the counter attack would have given us a great chance of 3 points. He decided to pull off a lad who has supplied lukaku with 90% of his goals. Instead he went for gibson Barry and clev with kev outside with kone half out wide. Our only chance of scoring was a lucky goal. He didn't go for it and so we got a deserved draw.

These draws means good bye to stones lukaku and del in 2 years. What a pity. He remains stubborn. And we all know what happens to stubborn managers eventually. 3 years he will be gone with half our team..... not fuming just being realistic. Nowwhere's my gin

Im not disputing that those players aren't decent but we've been leaking goals - not Lukaku and Deulofeu's fault - and scoring quite a few - mainly from that combo

I think you have to give credit to Martinez for persuading both of them to come here in the first place, particularly Deulofeu.

We spent 28 million on Lukaku, so it seems a bit daft to "worry" about the fact that our striker, who's playing up front on his tod, is scoring goals. If we hadn't signed Lukaku and had spent that sort of money on someone else, I would hope that the "someone else" would also be banging the goals in.

Take away the two in-form players from any side and they'll struggle.

What clan mate? You need your head checked, seriously. Do you believe it'z all a konspiraceeeeeeeeeeeeeeee as well?

And daft that you literally just did the same thing I said and claimed you don't do it, really.

Let @davek be your hero. You can learn a lot from him.
He already is, not everyone agrees all the times with their heros, said it before I'll say again, he's the best poster on here, but I disagree with him on this. It's about what individuals as fans are happy with. At least you stick to your guns, some of the folk using your and dave's GOTism's to be 'cool' is pathetic and whilst they may be 30+ (like me) they are acting like the new kids at school who have homed in on the cool group and will do anything for approval, except offer an opinion of course as that will be too risky, just incase the popular kids disagreed.

Sorry mate, you've lost this argument months ago.

El Conquistador is overseeing football from the Gods. We are the most attractive team in the PL. Everyone acknowledges this pretty much. We're three points off 5th and in the SF of the LC.

There's no one other than the usual barmy army who think El Conquistador is the wrong man for Everton.

The cave is that way --------------------------------------------->
