Roberto Martinez discussion

we should have had that won in the first half. Not Bobby's fault we missed our chances.
What more could he have done in the second half?

Players thought it was only a matter of time before we scored again and played sloppily. Del needs to man up, of course he's going to get players going through him, pushing him around. can't just sulk and be intimidated by it.
He finished the second half with Cleverly, Barry and Gibson on the pitch.

Frustrating but we are still only 6 points off 4th. Leicester will be tough but I'm sure we'll batter them 2-2. Obviously we should have more points. We clicked for 45 minutes and should have put it to bed. Mirallas did nothing when he came on, Gibson looked good.

It's give-and-take. We look good but are fragile, both of which are problems with playing and trusting youth. We probably wouldn't be so fragile with someone under Martinez, but we definitely wouldn't be as good. Only 5 wins this season is frustrating though

Good on you, you manage to laugh in the face of mediocrity.

I have been supportive of Martinez in the past, I am not a doom monger.

We are on the verge of something good, but we are also on the verge of seeing another opportunity wasted. It feels closer to the latter at the moment.

Indeed we are. So let's give this young team a little bit of space to develop. These sort of games just prove they are inexperienced.

We are literally a player or two away from being a ridiculously good team.

This thread turning into personal therapy for angry melts every time Everton don't deliver personal shots of lithium every weekend is a bit Geordie.

lucks gotta change soon! at least we aren't losing, fine margines at the mo..still hope we can get Austin or similar in jan, someone to get the scrappy goals

I don't really see what he got wrong with the subs tbh.
Gave Kev a go who was awful when Del's head/legs had and shored up the midfield with Gibson when Ross was losing the ball.
