ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

You know another thing which grinds my gears with the media? The way whenever the RS get mentioned, it's always with a reference to the Divine Yuuuuurgen, i.e. 'Exeter City host Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool'. Or, 'another away defeat for Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool'. I mean, when do you ever hear 'and Claudio Ranieri's Leicester are still top of the league' or even 'Louis Van Gaal's Manchester United travel to West Ham'. Or, heaven forbid, 'Roberto Martinez's Everton are only one point behind the gang of spunktrumpets'

I'm just waiting for a turnstile operator at Anfield to be sacked after persistent lateness. It'll surely be reported as 'Jurgen Klopp kept smiling as he faced the first turnstile-related staff obstacle of his Liverpool reign, which has seen the Anfield club storm up the table by two points over the last month'...

Very little does my head in more than hearin EFC fans wishing for Utd success. Maddeningly small time. They are just the opposite face of the kopite coin.
Yet we share a city with Liverpool , and have had to suffer there glory hunting bell end fans far more than we have united . Fergusons United have piped them down far more than we ever have.

Only people who have yours and prevengers views tend to be from outside the city and don't have to live with the kopite mutants on a daily basis .

For all I know you both may be scousers but it's rare a Scouse blue will have this opinion .

Why mate? It just means the manager is more relevant than the club itself.

It seemed to me that the media had put the wheels in motion towards a Liverpool title push, unfortunately for them the bus with the team on was not attached to them. The amount of Kopites lapping it up was highly amusing. They look a better team than when rogers was there but they have a long way to go before any title challenge is on. it is ridiculous the overreactions of the media it just doesn't stack up with the results they've had.
