I think you might be right actually. Just looked it up and the rules in the case of a draw are mental

If two or more teams are equal on points on completion of the group matches, the following criteria are applied in the order given to determine their rankings:
a. higher number of points obtained in the group matches played among the teams in question;
b. superior goal difference from the group matches played among the teams in question;
c. higher number of goals scored in the group matches played among the teams in question;
d. higher number of goals scored away from home in the group matches played among the teams in question;
e. if, after having applied criteria a) to d), teams still have an equal ranking, criteria a) to d) are reapplied exclusively to the matches between the teams in question to determine their final rankings. If this procedure does not lead to a decision, criteria f) to l) apply;
f. superior goal difference in all group matches;
g. higher number of goals scored in all group matches;
h. higher number of away goals scored in all group matches;
i. higher number of wins in all group matches;
j. higher number of away wins in all group matches;
k. lower disciplinary points total based only on yellow and red cards received in all group matches (red card = 3 points, yellow card = 1 point, expulsion for two yellow cards in one match = 3 points);
l. higher club coefficient (see Annex D).

I can't get my head around this at all so I just googled Group G and someone else has already figured it out:

Maccabi are already knocked out of all European competitions

Porto:

• Goes Through as 1st if it wins, if it draws and Dynamo doesn't win
• Goes Through as 2nd if it loses and Dynamo doesn't win
• Qualifies for Europa LEague knockout rounds as 3rd if it doesn't win and Dynamo wins

Chelsea:

• Goes Through as 1st if it wins
• Goes Through as 2nd if it draws and Dynamo wins or if it loses and Dynamo doesn't win
• Qualifies for Europa League knockouts if it loses and Dynamo Kiev wins

Dynamo Kiev:

• Goes Through as 1st if it wins and Chelsea-Porto ends in a draw. That would be due to goal difference in head to head matches (Dynamo +1; Chelsea 0; Porto -1)
• Goes Through as 2nd if it wins and the Chelsea-Porto game doesn't end in a draw.
• Is knocked out if it doesn't win

We won't sign a keeper mid season and we can't even consider Yarmolenko if Kiev advance in the Champions League.

If Mirallas hands in a transfer request or if a really generous offer comes in sell him. We'd need to spend that money on a new left winger.

Other than McGeady or McAleny possibly going if we receive any offers I can't see anyone else going. Can't see us doing to much.

I so wanted yarmolenko in the summer.....and still do. But jack butland is more a necessity at the moment and will arguably acquire us more points for the remainder of the season that the capture of yarmolenko.
