I've just complained about my neighbour's utter bell end of a dog's continuous barking to the council. They're sending someone round in half an hour.

It's probably not a dog, it's probably a recording of a dog barking, that they put on to wind you up LOL lol

I never understand in cases like this how the dog isn't driving their owners mad by barking at all hours let alone neighbours.
If my dog starts barking it goes right round the whole friggin house and drives me insane, he only does it when someone is at the door or a cat walks past the window now though thank god.
Anyway, hope you get it sorted, and the dog gets a new owner that doesn't think him barking at all hours is normal behaviour

Always worth trying things. I only caught the first 10-15 minutes, but it did seem more cordial, and I'd imagine it's much harder for Cameron to respond in an arsey way to 'Paul from Plymouth'.

It would probably be best to make this something he does now and then rather than all the time though.

No I agree. I feel sorry for the dog too as I hate the thing and it isn't it's fault. Plus it must be so miserable.

It's getting to the point where I might have to ring the council on a weekly basis. Not bothered about that too much but wish I didn't have to do it.
