Can't see the youtube clips to see if it's been mentioned before, but the Leon Vynehall album 'Music for the uninvited' is an absolute cracker. Excellent deep house but very summery in its vibe.

Most of these were before I was old enough to go clubbing, but loved some of these: Fantasy, Ripgroove, Devotion were all big tunes in my teens. Would have loved to be raving back in those days!

Same here mate. Would like to hear some stories if any posters were raving back then, if they can remember it that is!

i got in to the music around 93 and started going about 95.started off at hardcore clubs really like kinetic in stoke and pandemonium in wolverhampton, eclipse in coventry was HUGE.. 4 stories of rooms all rammed, was proper mental. bit later on i was regualr at cream, oakenfold was the man back in the day, used to go every month for his residency at nation. then there golen at the void in stoke and places like progress and uk midlands, canal club.. passion in leicester. all from around 95-2004

best days of my life. would love to be able to go back to it now.

Sounds awesome. I was at Birmingham Uni, from 96-99. Was it God's Kitchen that opened up there shortly after that? Pretty sure there was a big club there a few years after my time that I was gutted on not being there for..
