Yes, so he'll use his strengths to his advantage, which will advance everton also (obviously). We have Mirallas, Rom, Deulofeu, Barkley who are more than capable of tearing teams apart. We looked 'Phenomenal' against Southampton. This could be a great season for us, regardless of this failed no10 player. Crisis aborted i say.

After stoke signed shaqiri I think we all got are hopes up for a big name playmaker.

Problem is we never got any playmaker never mind a big name.

If arkley gets injured it will be interesting/farcical to see who is played there.

A meh of a window. Yes we kept Stones and I'm delighted about that but we needed a creative player and failed to get him. Gutted we didn't get YarMarolenko because he would have been perfect.

One big positive for me though is that we've signed 4 (definitely) players who WANT to be here. Deulofeu, Lennon, Cleverley and Henen. All waited their time to get their move here and all seem delighted about it.

I'm glad it's over now and we can focus on the league. January WILL have to be used IMO. Yarmolenko the main target, barring injuries.

He can pick the ball up and drift inside and get a shot off. He isn't one who looks to occupy space and make himself available and link up play from there though. His assists are usually off counterattacks rather than picking locks with passes.

It's a specialist role. That's why we had to get one in.

we have added two good footballers in Cleverly and Deulofeu. Barkley is going to be great this year - I loved the way he was spraying the ball out on to Dels toe at Barnsley. I think Besic too can play.
If we couldn't get a playmaker we really should have been able to get in a decent forward.
