Pleased with Lennon coming back. Works hard, has blistering pace and gives everything every week. Good pro.

Naismith will only be allowed to leave if the fabled N.10 materialises imo.

We really should sell McGeady. Not a loan because then they'd realise how poor he is. Cut our losses.

Lennon is a good player but we shouldn't spend too much on him.

between Lennon and Mcgeady it's a no brainer. Lennon works hard, tracks back and causes defenders serious problems with his pace. That alone opens up space for our better players.

Hello folks,

Thought I'd start this, as it's being reported as a possible goer for today, on BBC Radio Merseyside's news this morning.

For me, as long as he's not the only incoming, I'd be happy as a squad addition and back up winger of sorts. He's also familiar with the squad and enjoyed it here, apparently.

I dunno, Grouch.

I mean, he shocked us all last season with those animated performances but we have seen enough of him over the years to know how much if a headless chicken he can be.

Best swerved IMO.

But if te must come, he should not be near the starting XI bar injuries to Gerald, Kev or Aiden.

He was alright for us last season, I think his impact was exaggerated somewhat.

Always concerning too, that when someone is naming his attributes, inevitably the first one used is "works hard". Not really what I predominantly look for in a winger.

That being said, for a reasonable fee, it will be a decent signing.

Lennon coming in...so very unexpected. Happy as punch tho. I personally thought he made us tick and his work ethic seemed infectious.
Happy so far, Mind you £9.5 million for fumes...a little excessive. I can only presume we now talking about a 20 million spend now so cant see us moving for a big name.

You were doing alright till you came go the last name mate.

I can't understand the doubters in relation to Lennon. He was as good as anyone else in our midfield when here was here last season. He worked hard, gave Coleman a genuine outlet and made the right side function as well as it had for two seasons.

I work with a lot of Spurs fans, and none of them have a bad word to say about him? I would love him here as I think he offers more consistency than Del or Kev and is certainly as quick if not quicker than them too, so it is a no brainier for me at five or six million?
