It's too blatant though, it just makes them look like tits. The media in the country has long reached the tipping point.
I don't celebrate death but Murdoch is firmly in the Thatcher category for when he goes.
Nothing will change, News UK doesn't have anything to do with The Mirror, The Mail, Telegraph , Guardian or Talksport and they've all been complicit in denigrating us for a long time.
No but it will be the world minus Rupert Murdoch, and that's never a bad thing.Nothing will change, News UK doesn't have anything to do with The Mirror, The Mail, Telegraph , Guardian or Talksport and they've all been complicit in denigrating us for a long time.
Can add that Bell Cascarino and Rodney Marsh to the list, Fkn joke oh and Aldo theYes.
And in fairness to The Digger, I bet he has never even heard of John Stones and has little interest in either Chelsea or Everton.
The bellendery of Merson, Durham, Brazil, Shearer et al starts and ends with themselves.
They really should know better than to whore themselves round the media in an attempt to stay relevant in a game which has passed them by.
Have a little pride in yourselves, boys.
Punditry doesn't have to involve competing with others to mouth the most outrageous bollox.
Yes.

thats the problem though, how many of these pundits would be there if the media hadn't denegrated into a self serving round of hysterical nonsense. people who can talk and write about the game as they see it are on the fringes or on hard to find parts of the net. They really believe now that your average fan is only interested in a handful of clubs and players and all they need to do is employ people to keep them hyped up. i cant walk past a game of footy in the street or a park and not want to watch so they have had that captive audience for decades but that will change and they won't know what has happened when generations turn away from the game no matter how much money they throw at itYes.

yeah antonio meucci, and I hope he called him a robbing scotch %*!@And while we are at it, when Alexander Graham Bell made the first telephone call, was there anyone on the other end to answer it?
Spot on. The more disappointing part of it though is that the general public fall for the hysteria, and even thrive in it. You only have to look at the biffs in the Transfer Thread on here to see it's effect.thats the problem though, how many of these pundits would be there if the media hadn't denegrated into a self serving round of hysterical nonsense. people who can talk and write about the game as they see it are on the fringes or on hard to find parts of the net. I was amused by the Daily Express' (yes) headline, 'Stones shock £30m Man Utd move not happening', especially considering Utd haven't even made a bid for him.
Some of the tabloids are now beyond parody, such is their desperation for clicks & making stuff up.
ive stopped myself going there. i made the mistake of texting a couple of mates one of the rumours that cropped up there. cred gone for the season. I don't understand if they are here for the hysteria and the money go round why dont they just go support chelsea and leave us in peace to our miserySpot on. Agreed fully mate. It's as bad as the Clubcall freaks, I hold Evertonians to higher standards than that.ive stopped myself going there. i made the mistake of texting a couple of mates one of the rumours that cropped up there. cred gone for the season.
