That's a picture of Gaz Baz on the stretcher... Gibson came on for him in that game. Despite Gibbo's injury record I don't think he's ever been on a stretcher for us.

Here he is on one for Ireland.

There's no 2015-16 player performance thread for Gibbo I see.

Does this mean that we are assuming that he is already out for the season ?

well I did start one, then it got disappeared, then it got reappeared, then 30 mins later it got merged with this one (see bottom of last page)

So he's out for another couple of weeks after minor surgery on his abductor muscle apparently. I think that's a different injury altogether isn't it?

Yep, he was out originally with a broken metatarsal wasn't he? ...to be honest I lose track with Gibson and which injury he is suffering from at any one moment.

We should have a sale, buy one for full price get one for a penny. Sort of like Holland & Barrett only McGeady & Kone, Gibson & Osman. Wouldn't bring in a lot of cash but might free up some wages.

Aye mate that's right, broken foot. Feel sorry for the lad, body seems to either break down on him or he get's insanely unlucky injuries.

He's like a car a fella absolutely loves and even though it keeps breaking down and is costing him more than its worth to keep it running, he just can't let go in the belief that he's going to get another 50,000 miles out of her.

( in my story the man's car is a Ford Capri which he purchased after watching an episode of Minder )
