Sure they have pages to fill. But they have proper journalists and people pay money to buy it.
Tuttosport is the joke sports paper - heavily biased towards Juve.

I'd prefer Mertens to Shaqiri. More end product and as great as potential is, if you're having a bad day then players like Barkley and Del will need experience around them, not yet another young bloke.

We've been ringing around his former Clubs trying to work out if he's a bit 'Balotelli' or not. It's not known what we heard but we haven't put an offer in yet.

Interesting point.
Individually I'd have Shaqiri, but we have a lot of 'unfinished' players as it is. Mertens is an outstanding footballer and has been brilliant at Napoli.

He's building a young team which is boss, but i think Mertens can slot in straight away and be a provider for Rom. Shaqiri strikes me as being more selfish and with him Barkley and Del behind him rom might end up very frustrated sometimes.

Buy ALL the young potentials. IF half of them work then we win the league. I mean we can always count on Hibbert and Osman to be around for experience.
