Windu is the only who could get away with fighting slowly because he is one chilled out mofo, befitting Sam Jackson.

Yeah but wasn't Vader vs Kenobi the same? I mean Dooku is fairly old and Yoda is about 800.

The only really fast and furious lightsaber fight is from episode 1; Maul vs Kenobi and Gin

I think a lot of the time they are using their force abilities and you can't actually see what is happening. In the case of Qui gon gin, he actually knows that Maul is supposed to kill him and sort of surrenders to it

There are loads of holes in the prequels and they could have been so much better. I kind of just want to forget about them now and focus on the new films

Kenobi v Vader in Ep 3 is fairly fast paced.

Really?! I think the dialogue is faster paced than the footwork. The actors were told that the lightsabers were like"Excalibur", a huge sword, difficult to throw around.

You could argue that any fight involving a conversation is not exactly "fast paced"

Vader vs Kenobi in A New Hope was supposed to be slow, they're both broken old men.

In hindsight everyone's a genius.

Ep I was disappointing after the Seventeen year wait. Ep II was much better, I really enjoyed it and Ep III was still okay.

Sometimes they get it right and sometimes they don't.

What about the absolutely terrible dialogue in Ep 2? The whole 'i dont like sand, its rough and coarse....not soft and smooth...............*dramatic pause* like you!'
