Hopefully if we can get ourselves safe in the next three/four games,he can maybe get a run of half a dozen games through to the end of the season to show us what he can do.

Nearly created a goalscoring opportunity towards the end, with his run to the bye-line and cross. Remember when Coleman and Pienaar used to do that? Atsu is like Gibson, a player who has not featured much, who comes into the squad with verve and invention. Same as Lennon, another player who does not bear the scars of 2/3 of a season of negative coaching. Sorry Mr. Martinez, but the dithering and sideways/backwards passing still prevailed as the ball entered the final third. Hopefully Atsu's good play will set an example.

We've been crying out for months for someone who can breach defences and create chances. Here's a guy who's got blistering pace, who caused problems for Germany in the World Cup, and was player of the tournament at the AFCON. What the hell's he doing warming our bench ? Yes I know, he lacks experience in the Prem, there'll be days when he makes mistakes and things don't come off for him. But wasn't the same thing true of Deulofeu ?

I hope he gets a few games in the next few weeks but sadly I can't see him returning here after the loan period ends, and we may just end up regretting that bigtime.

To answer your question I get -10 because I am a forum supporter.

That's you, that is.
What's all this then?

He's mad cause I negged him several times for his constant slating of Martinez and big upping of Moyes.
Right, arguing in thread about rep will only end in tears and infractions.

That's for everyone

I expect to see no further nonsense. Back on topic.

He pays £20 to subtract ten Reputations points at a time, off me. Me.

Let me tell you what I do for fun. I say disreputable things, then people dock me reputation points. I then say more disreputable things, because I am stupid. I don't give a fk about my reputation.*

That makes him a mug. I deliberately selected a wrong-coloured one, just for him.

*Apologies to Martin Scorsese and Joe Pesci.

LOL. Reputation points are part of the system. If you don't like that you got negged, then neg him back. Or if you're really concerned send him a pm to him or to a mod...

As for Atsu, haven't seen enough for him really to make a decision on how good he is.
