He just doesn't look like a top flight footballer to me anymore,I don't know what's happened with him,if he's playing to orders rather than off the cuff like last year,if his head has been turned, struggling with niggling injuries or a combination of all three I dunno?I just want our old boss Seamus back!!!

Very very harsh there Dario.

For me teams have just got wise to how he, and Baines, were so important to our attacking play.

That will live long in the memory...I'll be like 90, sitting on the porch and tapping my cane on the floor mumbling in my old man voice "60 Grand!...ohhhh, what a lovely little right back, YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN HIM, DRIBBLING DOWN THAT LINE! ohhhh, Seamus Coleman...FROM KILLYBEGS, YOU KNOW."

ha, you do realise we're growing up in a different age than our ancestors, youtube and the such will still be around so we can actually watch/show the video not have to say "you should have seen him".

Dunno, looks like his head is away with the fairies at times the way he runs the ball outve play or takes heavy touches. Hopefully its just a prolonged poor spell and he gets back to normal soon

we really could do with a decent back up right back in the summer, to push him and give him a break now and again...i dont think he will leave in the summer, think utd will go for clyne

unfortunateyl we also need players for about 5 other positions too..plop

His general play ijjy, the basics which are pre requisites for a footballer especially a PL footballer have been lacking for me watching him this year anyhow, very sloppy generally, concentation levels lacking, decision making very poor,if we had a viable alternative I feel he would have been benched, which may (or may not)have been a good thing for him to get his mojo back.

Every defender is just sitting back waiting for him to committ now because there is absolutely no threat of a cross. Then again how hard can a cross be? I mean he used to be a lousy defender and he's now pretty good at it, so hopefully in the offseason he'll sort the crossing thing out.

This is where we've missed Hibbert to provide an alternative and to give him.a breather. Bringing someone in the summer to push him is an absolute must imo. I think he's been poor and it's a lot of things like you mention. I've lost count of the amount of balls he seems to be bottling going in for when it's a 50-50. If it's a blip well its a bloody long one. I wouldn't be surprised to see him being the one who leaves this summer tbh. Still a quality player, love the lad but something just isn't right with him. Saying that it's not just him, it's been about 6 of them which is why we are in this bloody mess of a PL season
