Relegation Fight 2014/2015

It really is sad with a great club like ours that we are looking to achieve 35 points and for some patting themselves on the back. So we are aiming for the 35 point trophy. Congratulations will be in order then when we get there.

To be fair I don't think anyone is patting themselves on the back at scraping a PL place on 35 points....people just pointing out if that's what's needed they think we can get it and will be mightily relieved when we do. Every single Evertonian thinks it's been a [Poor language removed] season.

I think the only saving grace this year, is out fixtures over the next games. If we still go down after having that fixture list, then we really deserve to get relegated. No Chelsea, City, Liverpool or Arsenal
Stoke away is always difficult, and that is without taking into consideration their current form.

Newcastle under Carver aren't anything spectacular, but then again neither is our home form.

QPR will be fighting for survival and play well at home, thus that will certainly not be a walk over.

Just looking at our next three fixtures, I feel pretty unsure about how we'll get the first win that we need. It's a worry.

FYI the 2012/13 season Martinez took Wigan down after 27 games that season Wigan had 24 points.

We have 28 points at that stage right now.

Be afraid, be very afraid.

A couple of wins are needed to settle the nerves, I think we'll get a point at Stoke and beat Newcastle as we are due at home!

Such an annoying crap season though
