Im so tempted to do one of those "its us!" posts, and then make a fake link to getting "rick rolled"


...but i know you'll all hate me for doing it! So i didnt...
 

It's not gonna be us like, it's just not, be arsed getting excited and then it's Birmingham, that would be like gettin' smacked in the face with a wet kipper, and then the oil dripping into your mouth while your asleep, and then waking up and tasting the oil.

Just to clarify, Joseph has confirmed here that with a better financial backing, we can be in the top four before long.
 

well its gonna be interesting regardless of wether its us or not us.


imo if true its either us ,fulham or blackburn.

if it was birmingham or spurs it would be public knowledge (as im sure there both plc)

it wont be newcastle as ashley wants to get out completely (100% not 60)

liverpool , both owners have sold assetts to stay in control at liverpool as far as i know.

man utd , arsenal , chelsea man city - not a chance

villa - no , cant see it happening again so soon

sunderland - no

pompey - no , in the middle of due dilligence with another buyer (cant except other offers during this time)

west ham - no , it may be possible but with there financial troubles the only thing they have going for them is that there based in london.

that just leaves your wigan's (outside chance thinking about it) , boltons , stoke's and hull's. ........why would anyone buy these clubs when theres a perfectly good everton available ?

I just want to know who it is now. The stress is too much. I already convinced half of my year Sky had confirmed we had been taken over.

Given the amount of words written on differing Forums, I am really suprised that the Liverpool Echo doesn't pass some form of comment, and still nothing difinitive from the Club, apart from Nah, it isn't us.

Lad on kipper said last night we already put a statement out to the Daily Post...never happened.

We'll find out tomorrow when they announce it.

We really should've denied it already if it was bollocks. All very hush hush really.
 
If he had already done the the deal and BOUGHT 60% then why the secrecy!!!!

Unless Bill wants to announce to the world `Look what I have got, Yay me !!!!!!!`

Why should we have denied it? Very, very few of the reports specifically mention us. If we should deny it, then so should every single club in the prem.
 
Also with regards the club's response, They don't necessarily have to tell the truth, only what is in the best interests of the club...
