Takeover?

Hearing talksport sources are saying we've sold 61% of the club.
ManC has bought 60% of our club so they would be able to get Lescott for free.. cheaper and faster that to buy Lescott for the amount Moyes would demand for him. (y)

Still think it's Portsmouth though. Good things like this won't happen to us.:(

Haha!

I'll keep everyone posted.

Apparently the last plane to fall victim to the Bermude Triangle was British and shouted 'm'aidez' referring to a bright object in the sky...

Interesting stuff, sport related?

Guardian are reporting that the fellers company or whatever have no interest in Pompey.

Whoever it is, everythings too quiet...but then again the FA are going through investors records with fine tooth combs to see if they're legit so no one will probably announce anything till theres something to announce

It seems strange to me...which is why no-one has been bought IMO.

And what's will all the secrecy? Announcements to be made in a few days? Now...we do keep things really quiet to the last minute on most things.

And if it was the RS I'm sure because they're a massive world reknowned club someone will have put their house on it and reported it was the RS straight away I think.

Because if they know you've got the money, they'll charge a premium. Nigel De Jong had a £3M release clause in his contract. Hamburg started negotiations at £25M and sold him to City for £18M :P

If this is true, and they're smart, they'll have agreed fees or at least got very far in negotiations before the sellers know we've got more money.
