My old fella always went on about that game,he had to park miles away at Fort Dunlop off the M6 and got a bus in to Villa Park he didn't get in til half time
.....aaaaargh, suspect that's Tommy Booth's last minute winner in the FA Cup semi at Villa Park. Was at that game, to be fair we benefited from a few late goals in semi finals at the same ground in the 80s.
I think you are right about Feyenoord ,Couple of my mates in the picture as well also on the lefthand side if your mate is holding the banner the two lads next to him are Jimmy Kelly and Mick Thompson.

I'm crying again as well. Clutch went on my dad's car on way down. Got there at half time. Split my head standing on gate to try and see. Couldn't see anything of game. Piss flowing everywhere down Holte end. Lost in last minute.

I think posted in another thread recently that we were stuck on M6 for hours behind City supporters coach who had managed to write out booths name in capitals on sheets of paper and stick it to rear window of coach. My dad had the patience of a saint with me but even he said to bloody well stop crying. !!! Makes the good times sweeter though I suppose!!
