I'm sure you don't watch anywhere near as many Chelsea games like I do, so you are simply not aware the insane amount of (decisive) decisions that have gone against us and the way the media dramatize anything any of our players do. We really should be at least 12 points clear by now. The Daily Mail is leading with Ivanovic "biting" your player (which is absolute garbage) but van Persie can seemingly hit a player in the face and it doesn't even get spoken of. I'm not going to go on about it, but sometimes you just wonder.

As for the pen, which I maintain was stonewall and hit arm and not shoulder, the only reason I mention it on an Everton forum is because I see some Everton fans bringing up the Ivanovic incident. It's only fair I bring it up.

You have a problem with Sierra Leone, Chico? That's not very nice. It's not our fault Chelsea is a globally supported club. Now, notice how you throw out red-herrings and distract from the issue at hand. Everyone called it as a pen. The commentators called it. MOTD called it. I'm very surprised you see it differently.

And as for surrounding the ref, what about the systematic fouling of your players? What about your players strangling Diego Costa in the reverse fixture, hmm?

Calling what happens to Hazard fouls is very generous, he has mastered the art of feeling a player touch him and going down.

Given that most of your games are on TV it is not beyond reason that neutrals watch most of your games. And whilst you may well be below the likes of liverpool on the teams the FA favours, never forget that you are still above most of the league in that regard (and that Mourinho invites and feeds off the controversy intentionally), from minute one today the ref was so biased towards you (lost count of the number of fouls similar to the one besic was booked for that your players got away with) and that is before he decided to book our player for getting strangled.

As for the penalty, I couldn't tell at the time whether it was or not. Anatomically it isn't a penalty, but in reality if I were reffing the game it would have been purely for the unnatural movement of the arms, on another it may well have been a penalty but the ref couldn't be sure it wasn't his shoulder (looking at the placement of the ref).

(As a disclaimer I actually like Chelsea and hope you win the league)

Again deflection of the point at hand James san.

We are talking about the shithouse behaviour from your players who screamed continually trying to get another professional sent off. Behaviour that we rip the kopites for but - maybe mistakenly - we held Chelsea to higher standards for.

Do you really need to be that snide when you can outspend us silly? Is it difficult to win games through superior players and management alone?

Come on James, the mask is slipping as a habitual Chelsea gloryhunter mate.

Are there any genuine Chelsea fans reading this? Sounds ones who support Chelsea through proximity, not because they win the most games for them on FIFA Ultimate Team on Playstation?

If so then come in and say hello.

London born and raised. Currently working State-side. Follow everything live. So, again, I'm not sure what your point is and why you hold foreign fans to such a low regard. And no, it's not so difficult to win games through superior players since your side hasn't won at The Bridge in 20 odd years.

As for your point about "kopite" behaviour. Well, we to hold Everton fans to a much higher regard than we do 'Pool fans, and we to don't like them at all, they are actually my least favourite club. Even if you want to argue it was the back of his shoulder, he makes an unnatural movement towards the ball, basically swings at it, so I can argue intent was there to disrupt play. And if that's the case, then it's a penalty. I'll like to think your "hand" extends from your shoulder to the tip of your fingers, no? If that wasn't the case, then any play could simply shoulder the ball in the penalty area and argue it didn't hit his actual arm. I was just looking at the FIFA rule book as to what constitutes "handball" and it's hopeless.

Anyway, you still haven't answered why Howard was strangling Diego Costa in the reverse fixture AND also why Martinez was very silent about it in his post match interview but made a lot of noise about the Ivanovic incident. It's Costa, so it's A-ok, right?

Is anyone else agog at this? It's unintentional brilliance. Something that could have been ripped straight off RAWK.

"Yeah but he meant to punch the keeper in the face by using his shoulder and anyway where does the fist start and the foot finish so it would have been just like a free kick ANYWAY JUST SHUT UP EVERYONE..."

studies own shoulder closely for inclusion of fingers and palm*

Oh, your from the USA. Shouldn't you be in the Tim Howard thread, defending THE PRIDE OF YOUR NATION?

Even IF there was intent it still wouldn't matter because it hit his shoulder. If there was intent and it head his head you wouldn't be claiming handball.

Sorry, if I get this right, Costa is this years Suarez? He's the victim, it's never his fault?

Just want to clear this up so I don't confuse you with a kopite.

Disgusting weak performance from Moss yet again. This **** is a dangerous liability of a ref and needs investigating.
I also hope we have seen the last of Gareth Barry. He is finished sadly.

(1) The thing with Eden is that he tends to get brutalized in every game. So, initially, in his first season, he would just simply take the punishment and not complain but he soon became aware that refs in this country don't appreciate honesty. So I've noticed myself that this season especially, he tends to over-dramatize contact (contact nonetheless) to get the attention of refs and to protect himself from injuries. I remember this season, a potentially leg breaking tackle he got from a Stoke player and all the ref did was give a yellow. You can check the video for yourself on Youtube. So, I can't really begrudge him for that. He's the most honest player I've ever seen in my life. Hands down.

Also, notice Azpilicueta and Ramires (I think) got a yellow for their first tackles, like Besic did.

(2) Thanks for that. You said it yourself. It was the unnatural movement towards the ball that really makes it a penalty. That completely changes the trajectory of the ball, so I was amazed it wasn't given, even by this season's officiating towards us.

(Sorry I couldn't multi-quote it as I wanted to. Not used to the formatting on this forum.)

Sounds like Mourinho had a shocker during the presser. Poor chelsea, poor me, everyones against us BLAH BLAH BLAH.

I wish Mourinho had a different side to his personality. One with some dignity.
