Tim Howard

Even Jags turned to him at one point with a WTF look as he stayed on his line and Jags had to deal with the ball that a keeper should be claiming. Defenders need to feel confident in their goalie, I don't think ours fully does.

Played well on the whole but was beaten at the near post again. I understand that he can't have seen it until the last moment but his stance gave him no chance of reacting - he was on his knees as it went past him.

Also, in the first half Hazard was millimeters away from connecting with a cross about two yards from the goal line whilst he stood there waving his arms about. How can the ball be chest high in the six yard box and he not be collecting it?

Lol at the fan boys who've been laying in wait to try and big him up.

He made a few routine saves, was terrified of coming of his line then when he did decide to start coming of his line he made a few ropey as fuq punches, one of which led to a goal.

both times it ended up in the net it had taken two deflections, what manner of extra super-human perception and bullet-time like movement do you think are possible?

? he managed to get through a pile of players to get to it and punch it a fair way (no keeper could have caught it). He punched it far enough for him to get back on his line and the defence back into shape, what more do you want?

A better punch. He had a good game and it's one of those things but he punched it straight to a Chelsea player and there's no hiding from it. This one's all on Barry for me anyway.

It was a great punch to be fair, lots of distance on it, do that 20 times and they will score from it once, real unlucky on Everton

I know this is a bit trite but he just doesn't do enough. A better keeper makes those saves. The punch was jarg and then we concede from it. Robles was much better from his line and it's only natural that some of us (still fuming types) look at that goal and see that Howard comes short at his near post yet again.

If Robles would have saved it or not, we'll never know. It would be nice to see him given the chance to though.

Some weird decisions this season.
