did we ever get that sarcasm font BTW ?
indeed. but the point still stands.

Just because there is a surplus on Transfer money doesn't mean it's not needed elsewhere to keep us running.

The extra TV money covers the gap in the finances meaning there actually is now an overall surplus which can be spent by the manager.

I know, I read your point, understood it, and used it to make a more relevant point of my own

we are a football club, the primary function of which is to further the fortunes of that club by being successful on the pitch, the limited investment which we have seen over the past few years has been detrimental to this cause and it makes it even more infuriating to know that we are actually able to MAKE money, yet seemingly...it doesn't go towards furthering our cause of the development of EFC

Its not relevant as its off topic in the Eto'o thread ;)

Is it true there is an escape clause in the etoò contract that permit Samuel to go to any italian team for free? Vigorelli, Etoò manager, said that in an interview.

Essentially, yes.

In this case, how Everton can oppose to the deal? I can't understand... Anybody can explain me,pls??

I'd guess that he's looking for some sort of bonus or pay-off from Everton, and Everton are refusing to pay it.

Who knows what is true that's the problem.
There are quotes from a number of people which differ but at a guess I reckon he will be gone by the end of the window.

Essentially here in England Etoo is also bound by "The Uncle Cyril Handlebar Rule"

samp are just trying to rush us into a deal IMO.

We're not gunna bite, a lot of what they're doing, saying stuff like that in the media is scare tactics, and works in italy, but i don't see us doing a deal till we are comfortable with a replacement.
