Gutted after that, but proud of the lads they showed fight and spirit, after going down to 10 men we still carried on playing and fighting, very unlucky to go out.

I know we lost. But we can take loads of positives from this. Guts and determination from ten men....smoother quicker play....a great goalie display and self respect regained. We must build on this now.

WBA is the real cup match. It's not like we have a panel of stars to take us try the Europa , do a big run in the fa cup and keep us up. We need points on the board in the next month. F the fa cup F Europe. Good fighting tonight same needed and more next league match.

Bloody hell. If that Robles pen is two inches lower its the best pen of the shootout. Hate West Ham, literally are just Stoke MkII.

Anyway, as others have said, this is probably a blessing. We need to find some league form, extra cup trips to league one sides won't help.
