Talking to one of the media fellas before the match outside the ground who was telling me that Eto'o was trying to give his own team talks and manage the team by himself, and telling them not to listen to how Martinez wants them to play, especially players like Lukaku and Barkley who he was supposed to be mentoring. Couple of the lads brought it to Martinez's attention after West Ham game last week and Martinez pretty much had him against the wall in the dressing room and told him it was his last chance and to find a new club.
