How boss is Seamus Coleman?

Surely it would depend who is in front of him and to his side, also there was the little problem of a knock.

Erm, why isn't 'Turboss' in the list?

As for Coleman atm, his game has dipped and in my expert opinion it is entirely because he only has total faith in McCarthy doing the filling in for him when he gets forward. It's a confidence thing, get McC fit and back and Coleman will be hemming left backs in for fun. Fun on toast!

Very good point! Was impressed with Besic covering Baines on Monday too while on that subject.

Defensively he's been excellent. In attack this year he's been meh. It appears that sides hanging back against him, waiting for him to make his move and then doubling and dispossessing him. They give him so space out there that if he could develop at least the threat of a decent cross he'd be turboboss.

There were defo signs that he is getting his attacking instincts back a bit (against QPR) but I think it is a mixture of the injury and Martinez obviously being a bit more cautious to try and stem the flow of goals.

Hopefully the whole team will get a bit more confidence back (especially at home) and the best full back partnership in the world will be back again.

Although he hasn't been attacking much, I think his defensive game is top notch. On the attacking thing, he tends to hang back when there is an out and out winger in front of him, Came alive attacking against QPR when McGeady came off. This was the same last season when Deloufeo was in front of him. He tends to get forward more with someone like Osman in front, someone who can easily drift inside and pick out the pass for colemans overlapping run.
