yawn. save it for when we drop points, we soaked up their pressing first 30 min, battered them for the next 30 and took our foot off the last 30, professional performance all in all.

cool glad your happy with that performance, and the rest of the season, supporting Everton must be a blast for you, cool cat, we are the dogs x
Barkley was ace centre mid. He needs to play there more against teams we should be beating. Understand the booing when we needlessly pass it back to the keeper, it's something we need to cut out. Howard and Distin in particular don't need to see nearly as much of the ball as they are doing.
i've been banging this drum for over a year now haha. football has turned into a state where teams see risking 0 points for 3 as not worth it and instead settle for 1 from the start.

therefore, why do we need mccarthy and barry against about 12 of the teams in this division at home? they're not going to show any intent. i doubt QPR set up today to show too much attacking intent, but our more attacking set-up drew them out a bit more and we hit 3 past them.

Drop Mcarthy?

Ok mate
I'd like to fit all 3 in, build the team around Besic, Barkley and McCarthy.

This is Beiscs first season in the Prem, and his first real run on games in the side, he gets better every game, and for me, has more to his game than McCarthy technically, better feet, better range of passing.

If that had been the RS beating them the papers would be talking about them getting 3rd and Brenda would be telling everyone how he has discovered a new form of football. Sometimes you just have to just enjoy the result and a few really good personal displays.......

I agree, we still can be on nice spot, also next match will show us a lot imo.. Southampton lost 4 or 5 in row so we can go there with confidence..will be real test for us
