The one which went in row ZZ in the gwladys?!.

Anyways, great match, another 3-1 against West Ham - with Saha scoring twice, and Everton coming from behind...wierd...

Even when we were 1-0 down we were playing good football, the whole match seemed easy really, we dominated possesion, and deserved to be leading the entire match.

Was it a red card? When i was at the match i was surprised, but thinking about it, Cahill was through on goal, and would have undoubtedly scored, so it probably was.

The players who stood out for me was Cahill and Neville. Both of them were superb in the centre of the pitch, but simply because Cahill won the penalty, id say Cahill MoM.

I don't think Dowd had a choice really, the West Ham fans and players can argue it was harsh but I think the rules say it's a red card for denying a clear goalscoring oppurtunity.

I was confident that we would have won regardless.

I also don't think Saha played particulary well (he's played better) but he got 2 goals so that's fine by me.

I was thinking it was Turn back the clock day and therefore we were defending like it was August 08.

Good result though. Thankfully Tompkins decided to trip up Cahill.

1 thing is for sure, Saha is boss against 10 men.

Lucky Cole didn't start because we might have been down 2 or 3 Nil by the time Tompkins got sent off.

Howard didn't look pretty but saved the defenses bacon a few times.

Pinnear did just bought Spector a one-way trip to MLS. Just tormented both him and Neill. My MoM. Really coming into his own just as the confederations cup, ANC, World Cup and friendlies are coming in the next 365 days:(

If there is one advantage of playing Yobo in the Cup Final is that he's decent on free and corner kicks (the one hole in Jags game is this) and gives us an extra weapon on set pieces, has more pace than Jags and plays decent against Chelsea. Hopefully this won't mean he scores 1 and gives up 3 though.

Oh Valencia, the pacy RW we need.

we play like this in the final i fear for the scoreline..lescott and yobo is most definately not working, but then again neither is jakobsen either

What are you on about?

Jacobsen played extremely well and Yobo and Lescott did just fine.

Crawl back under your rock until the next match and then hopefully we won't hear back from you this summer.

All you do is bitch and moan about the squad in the match thread each week and make no real contribution.

Agreed, some people just can't be satisfied. Talking about the glass being half empty.

Btw, which CD partnership kep Chelsea at 0-0 at Stamford Bridge?

Jack Rodwell though, he's going to be massive.

I can't believe I saw people saying he couldn't pass last week. Did anyone see that pass to Jacobsen today? QUALITY.
