Excellent result and a good performance, we controlled the game and passed the ball well. Lacked a bit of end product at times but got the goals in the end. Even when we went 1-0 down I was confident we’d get it back, we where focused on passing the ball and that is the way forward. It’s good to see, well done lads.

I thought Jack Rodwell looked top draw when he came on, the way he just started spraying the ball around and driving forward. He looked like Steven Gerrard out there. I know it's been said before but he really is going to be a top, top player.

I thought Jacobsen looked solid, wouldn't mind giving him another year. He's very composed on the ball and we need as many bodies as possible. Wouldn’t hurt to sign him on a free.

Also, has anyone noticed Louis Saha is naturally two footed? He can strike the ball equally well with either foot and he uses both. He took a free kick with his right and the pen with his left. Interesting.

Carlton Cole was involved in the the Everton v West Ham game, I don't see the problem to be honest.

And I actually thought he led the line well when he came on, caused us one or two problems.

I just said I don't care about Carlton Cole. Would rather discuss Saha spending more time outside the box than it.

Agreed mate. Hassled the centre halves, led to one or two dodgy breaks.

Yet you've just made several posts all about him :o. If you didn't care then why not just ignore others talking about a player in the game today and talk about Everton yourself.

Not hard.

Maybe if we had lost and people were talking about how good the other teams players were but we didn't and they weren't.

Don't see the problem or why you needed to say anything about the posts.

Gotta say how good Rodwell looked when he came on, i wasn't convinced by him earlier in the season but he does look damn special.

Now to break the curse at Fulham and take 5th.

Fair enough.

I was saying the same about Saha at the match. He naturally comes towards the ball when we have possession (to link things up) and Fellaini also does that. There's no outlet in behind and we lack options.

Obviously that's not there fault, that's just the way they naturally play. It's not really clicking though.

He took a free kick with his right and the pen with his left. Interesting.

The one which went in row ZZ in the gwladys?!.

Anyways, great match, another 3-1 against West Ham - with Saha scoring twice, and Everton coming from behind...wierd...

Even when we were 1-0 down we were playing good football, the whole match seemed easy really, we dominated possesion, and deserved to be leading the entire match.

Was it a red card? When i was at the match i was surprised, but thinking about it, Cahill was through on goal, and would have undoubtedly scored, so it probably was.

The players who stood out for me was Cahill and Neville. Both of them were superb in the centre of the pitch, but simply because Cahill won the penalty, id say Cahill MoM.

Also, some mentions to the subs, Rodwell just looked class, one bad pass when he came on, but he made so many good cross-field balls. The one to Jacobsen was outstanding.

Vaughan didnt - and couldnt really do much, but when we were breaking did you see his pace!? Absolutely fantastic.

Yes, I know it was poor effort.

You don't see many left footers striking a free kick or a penalty with there opposite foot though. It doesn’t happen.

He supposedly took penalties with his right foot at Fulham aswell. Just thought it was interesting, Steve Round doesn’t even know what foot is his natural one.
