If the inevitible does happen, and most of the leading pundits (neutral and everton) all reckon Moyes will be a Man U boss eventually.

Who do we bring in?

Personally I would like so see Alan Stubbs get his badges and take on the job. True Evertonian, got fight and spirit.

Opinions?

Kevin Ratcliffe - not really a option either as kinda didn't do too well did he ??

What about Gordon Strachan ???

We don't even know how good a coach he is to be honest, I wouldn't fancy it myself. Good Blue but not the sharpest tool in the tool box.

Do you own a delorian? you seem to be able to tell the future today.

He has been coach for a couple of Months. Its almost as bad as Newcastle hiring Shearer as coach.

Andy Holden would make manager before him - but id be quite confident that we would actually get a new manager - who is not at the club.

I dont think he is going to go anywhere. Moyse recently said he wants to be here for the long haul 10/15 years if the fans will have him. He wants us to be league champions ontop winning trophies.

Do you think moyse would get away with the tactical decisions he makes here at utd? lol

Correct, he isn't good enough to be United manager.

thats was more or less tongue in cheek lol, but the fact remains he has no real pedigree in europe, has made some shocking decisions in the last 7 years. It's one thing to manage an up and coming team its another to manage the best team in the world (if you believe that hype).

Moyse has done well with what little resources he has had, and he has made some great aquisitions over the years, but do you think they (utd) would trust him with millions to spend on players he has no idea about? I am not so sure. For us he is good enough, but you know there will come a time when we will have to force him to move on for betterment of Everton FC. By that again no disrespect to what moyse has achieved here by steading a once sinking boat. It's one thing to get to where we are, its an altogether different proposition to get us to kick on and break into the top 4 every season, with serious lack of financies we currently have. For me its unrealistic to say we would break into the top 4, and with the chasing pack surely next year things are only going to get tougher for Everton in the current climate. This season whoever wins the champs league they will get £60 million. Even the play offs I think are getting £30 million from tv etc (i could be wrong about that). The europa league is millions of miles away from the champs league.

We may never know if moyse is capable of taking us to the promised land every season, because I just can't see us ever getting rid of kenwright. Kudos to him for ensuring we have record breaking buys each season..but its nowhere near enough for what we want to do.

Moyse needs the experience of us playing in the champions league regulary, ontop of him having the money to buy top quality players to match the man utd's of this world. It's one thing to beat them twice in the same season it's another to keep up with them in the league.

I seriously do not believe any of the top 4 teams would even take a gamble on an unknown quantity as moyse..lets be honest would you take a proven european manager who has won things in europe as well as experience in the champions league or do you gameble on a manager such as moyse and hope to christ he gets it right first time?

Make absolutely no mistake, life at the top is not a doddle..elimination from the champions league to the top teams is extremely expensive.

The Special One will end up as Utd manager you can bet on that much. This post was not meant to be a swift kick at our manager, just stating facts as they are.. Would utd put up with not winning the league or winning trophies? I honestly believe moyse does not posses the experience that would be required.

He isnt going anywhere, he is our manager, and one day soon hopefully, we are going to get that cash injection that is needed or the bubble will burst at the top.

Stubbs hahaha.

Hahahahaha.

Aren't we in the position these days were we can demand a top class, proven manager?

A Martin Jol, for example.
