Aye, was always gonna be difficult to prove, although that said he did consciously shoot into a small room four times where he knew somebody was and could not escape from. He made the decision in sound mind, didn't fire a warning shot and used bullets designed to cause maximum damage.

He must be done for murder! Surely! The judge has said he was of sound mind at the time, that he armed himself with the intention to use the firearm. There was nothing to suggest the 'intruder' was armed, and he shot not once but four times! This is interesting now, that will be the next judgement I think. I feel he's getting away with this scot free, the scumbag.
