I heard that we plugged the plug because we didn't have enough pegs in the changing room to sign any more players.

Celtic have a rail and hanger system so they have an abundance of space for players' clothes.
 
Apparently we might still be able to get him on appeal? Celtic involved an unregistered agent at the last minute.

Gutting for them seeing as the deal was basically sealed.
 

Why are the express quoting just under an hour ago a conversation with Martinez saying it's all done bar the work permit and will take a couple of days?

Celtic are a lower end championship side/top league one. Why would chelsea let him go there when surely it's a step back in progression?
