I hate to say it but Lukaku could have had a 10 minute run out at Leon Osman's testimonial if he really wanted. It would been a heartfelt gesture.

What would be the point in risking the most expensive player in the history of our football club and our main striker when he has had no training or game time for over a month for a ten minute cameo though.

Theres no reason to do it this close to the season.

It's so boss that he has signed, but I want him to slot early in the season. 28 million is so many tins of beans.

2 weeks until the start of the season and we are nowhere near fielding a full strength team yet.
