The Everton Board Thread 2014/15

Is it time for change?

  • I'm happy with the way thing are. Kenwright and the Board should stay.

  • Kenwright and the board need to go. We need change.

Makes you wonder where the conservative transfer approach came from over the last decade, Moyes or the board seems every window since he left things have gotten a hell of a lot more fluid and significantly better in terms of recruitment!

Not really fair to blame it on Moyes, we have had to sell to keep the wolves from the door in the past.

New tv deal gives us the cash to spend, last summer it was the sale of Felli which gave Roberto the opportunity to get players in.

Great stuff getting Lukaku, it was a no brainer for me.

First: let's see what the net spend is at the end of the window. I'm CONVINCED this lot will sell a player before then.

Second: all the toasting of this board for throwing down on Lukaku - they'd have to buy another 4 Lukaku's to make up for the massive disinvestment over the past 15 years. They remain an utter disgrace.

If you just let the brain cells engage you'll notice criticism of the board has been about not spending (net), so your point about being gutted is a tad silly.
Tonight's not the night for your weary, tiresome, one eyed agenda mate.

There's not an angle that you can possibly try to create a negative, that will leave you with a crumb of credibility, so I'd down tools if I was you, take a night off (y)

Convinced eh, that means a lot. Yawn.

"Bill has just shelled out" £20 odd million for Lukaku...all of his sins must now be taken and attributed to scapegoats.
Conversely, "Bill tried to take us to Kirkby, so everything he touches is therefore the work of the devil and he can be given zero credit for anything, ever"

Chin up mate
