That is simply hearsay on your behalf. I have not seen one quote from Lukaku or his agent stating he does not want to come back go Everton. There could be numerous reasons why he has not signed yet. One being he is still on holiday after the World Cup. For all we know as soon as he is back he will put pen to paper.

How does this fit in with the fact that chelsea have been negotiating with several clubs including Everton over the sale of lukaku

He's not wrong though. Footy players are not shy about stamping their feet and telling the world what they want. Rom hasn't said a word about us......

That proves nothing, maybe the guy has some respect for his parent club. He may know that the deal is agreed in principal and so does not need to force the issue. Once he finishes up on holiday and gets back to training we will know either waY. Until then I'm not going to chastise the guy because he has not been snapped on holiday with his new Everton tattoo, telling the worlds media how great The 'Ev' is.

Put it this way if he doesn't post a tweet on Twitter by 14:00 today displaying a newly-inked Everton crest (the new design) across his heart, I'll be booing the heck out of him for the rest of his career, plus sending him insulting messages via a plethora of social media platforms.
 
I'm gonna call bullshit on that article, Atletico business model is very buy quality who can be sold on if need be for a profit (Falcao, costa) I would also be shocked if they would even go for him knowing he's turned crap
