I've never seen us win a trophy in my lifetime and my love for Everton just seems to keep on growing. However it does pain me seeing tin pot teams winning trophies and I can not wait for the day we win something, only plus point is that we will enjoy it more than anyone when the time comes

I've accepted that nothing good happens to Everton anymore.

I'm just glad I was there in '95, even though I don't remember it very well.

Yes.

I consider myself lucky in that ive seen us win the title and the Fa cup - I was there in 95 and could never have imagined that it would be so long before I saw us win another trophy.

Starting to get on myself - the club needs the boost of a trophy. It's what football is all about

Winning trophies is ace but it isn't the be all and end all. I am proud of the wider work in the community my club does and I look on us as one big family, sharing the same hopes and fears. I hope Martinez wins us something soon. I honestly believe we where the 2 balls being drawn the other way around from an FA Cup win last season. Being pitched Away to Arsenal was so frustrating. In cups you really need that luck in the draw aswell as a fearless manager.

I just hope that no one is harmed in our winning of next trophy man.

Used to think that building for the future was the most important thing but, with all the money at some clubs these days, things have changed. If you do get something really good now another club with big money comes along and literally takes them away.

At Everton we have to be realistic whilst also maintaining ambition. To a degree you have to speculate to accumulate, and I do think that winning our first trophy will enable us to move up a level. If we don't win something then we risk losing the Barkley, Coleman, Stones,McCarthy type of players who richer clubs do covet, and will come calling.

Winning is everyting, at the start of the season it should be the main priority for any club that isnt in fear of relegation. We have been barren for far too long.

Important enough to fume at the League Cup starting XIs and Robles starting against Arsenal. That being said,I think the wait won't be too much longer

Agree mate, they were bad mistakes them from Roberto but no one can hold anything against him and it was easy to forget them after how well we did in his first season, im certain he wont make them bad calls again this year.
