Anyone who does so will find themselves very banned.

What exactly are you getting at please?
Groucho

This is exactly what the WUM's on here want. I have every faith that you can see through the frosted glass that some people hide behind on here before hammering out those bans. I know you're fair and always have been but some of it is in jest, some of it

@roydo soz for bringing it up again...my last word on this whole sorry saga. I'm self-banning myself from all RS-related threads until the league champions (whoever they may be) are confirmed.

Not the first time you've made such a promise, let's hope you keep it this time. Like I said yesterday (in one of the other threads where you keep repeating the same points over and over), I think it's more damaging to see Blue vs Blue on this issue.

I think I can safely say most wouldn't be upset at a City win (and I've said all along I expect them to prevail), but very, very few are advocating anything like throwing the game or cheering City goals.

Perhaps everyone should drop the name-calling of other posters with differing opinions and concentrate on giving the team a great reception in their final home game of a great season. (Sorry if that sounds cheesy).

Anyway, the main teams other than Everton who I'll be cheering on in this weekend's games are West Ham, Sunderland & Crystal Palace. Hopefully the first two can put this whole debate to bed before a ball is kicked at Goodison tomorrow. ;)

I was at our game when we played Sunderland in 1977 on the Wednesday night and beat them 2-0 that meant they were relegated. The other 2 teams involved in the relegation scrap with them were Coventry and Bristol City. They were playing each other at Coventry's ground Highfield Road on the same night. Their kick off was delayed for 15 minutes. This spread around the ground and there were people saying that it was that nomark Jimmy Hill 'cheating' to get an advantage.

There were thousands and thousands and thousands of Sunderland fans. They were everywhere and I think they outnumbered us if I'm not mistaken.

When our game had finished it filtered through that Coventry and Bristol were drawing 2-2 and therefore would avoid relegation whilst Sunderland would be relegated.

In the pub afterwards the general discussion was what a cheat Jimmy Hill was, and it shouldn't be allowed, our game should have got delayed and I wish we had got beat so that Sunderland could stay up. Even though we had won it felt like a defeat because of what happened, a bitter sweet victory.

I always want Everton to win, even tomorrow, but if City are any sort of team that are going to win the league they should have enough to beat us. If we lose and it means City win the league and the RS are denied the chance of their first Premier League then I won't lose any sleep over it. In fact I'll laugh my head off after the endless crap that has been written and spoken about the RS winning the league and how it would be good for football.

A win tomorrow will be 3 points in the bag, a draw 1 point. But a defeat and City go on to win the league will be a bitter sweet lose.

Liverpool yet again flip flop on their stance on racism. Ffs pick a side.
