Heard he's got a horrendously poor conversion rate though. With 1 goal and 1 assist this season

He's got more assists that Barkley like. If Bob sees the potential then I'd say snap him up. Then again we might end up with tons of wingers with no end product potentially.

Mame Diouf is going on a free at the end of the year, got a great record in Germany, I reckon we should be looking at him.

Negatives

Gil has no end product; he is raw, unpolished and Everton cannot make a statistical argument to justify spending £6 million on a player who has scored one goal and registered one assist in 24 La Liga games. When Gil does get in front of the goal, he has a tendency to fluff his lines, hence why he has failed to convert 94.4 percent of goalscoring chances, per Squawka.

Yeah.

But he does stepovers. Good ones too. Not crap Phil Neville ones.

Diouf sounds right up Martinez' street.

Seen a bit of him in Germany. Not terrible.

Hmm. Disagree with that. When was the last time last you heard someone call Milner good without hearing the words ''actually quite'' before it?

I don't think I've ever heard it.

He's not crap.

He's not good.

He's just there. He doesn't do anything bad. He doesn't do anything amazing.

He's just middle.

In fact I'm calling him James Middle from now on.

Under rated?

Over rated.
He's great. I don't think his best position is on the wing but he does a good job there for City and England. He's obviously not a flair player like a Silva but he's a brilliant crosser and passer, linking well with the full back. As well as that he provides really good cover for Zabaleta when he gets forward.

He'd be much better playing centrally because of his lack of pace (although, he's not that slow). I can't quite understand why City play Garcia ahead of him because he does absolutely nothing.
