BURN THE WITCH
This is an extract from a recently released document from Tesco/Everton:
Valley Road (Westvale) Bus Park Queuing Reservoir
The bus park concourse area is approximately 2,150m[sup]2[/sup]. At a Fruin level of ElF this equates to 0.28m2 per person, similar to that experienced at Aintree railway station.
This area will hold approximately 7,700 people.
The bus park concourse is supplemented by another queuing area, a 10m footway along the northern side of Valley Road between Bewley Drive and Whitefield Drive. This area is approximately 1 ,220m[sup]2[/sup] and can hold approximately 4,300 people.
It is expected that the bus park will need to accommodate in the first hour after the final whistle approximately 11,680 people.
These people will arrive at a reasonable constant flow with 1,800 people boarding the buses immediately they arrive. The remaining 9,880 people being held in the bus park concourse and Valley Road footway at a density of 0.34m[sup]2[/sup] per person.
This is a picture used by Joe Ellis to display how queuing could be handled:

For christs sake everybody, open your eyes and look at what they are planning.
Que's of 11,680 people, 45 minute walks to your car, crush loading trains, 200 buses supposedly departing every 15 seconds.
How on EARTH? can people still support this RIDICULOUS project?

After i park my car i have to walk 25minutes to get to GP. If anybody believes that there wont be anywhere to park within 25minutes of the new ground, they need help.

:huh:I aint staying in no bloody hotel in Kirkby, are you mad? I want to get in and out of that town as quickly as possible, i heard that everybody who lives there is a little bit, well you know.........................![]()

Very impressed. Nice and clean. Also very easy to find.
Good location for travelling to Liverpool. Easy access to Manchester. Good facilities. Spacious Rooms, ideal for families.
excellent all around. great location for motorways
pleasant stay, convenient for central Liverpool, clean hotel but would not class it as a 4 star, would rate it as 3 star personally.
Why would you need to use a hotel in the town in which you live? Is your girlfriend aware of this?
A friends wedding was held there.
So no confession of the truth? You still sticking to that lame housing policy as the reason?![]()
That hotel is actually very, very good. But thats not the point, it highlights accessibility;
etc
Mate, kirkby is very accessible via car when it dosnt have 50,000 people trying to leave at the very same time.
I am sure that Bolton and Arsenal are easy to get to during non match days, you really must see how these hotel reviews have no bearing on the accessibility of Kirkby on a match day.
The 45 minute figure comes from the tesco/savills planning application and has been confirmed at the inquiry, why would the applicants lie about this in the application and the inquiry if it wasnt true?
You think that you can walk from one side of Kirkby to the other in less than 45 minutes? Well Kirkby must be even smaller than Arrowe park then, because it takes about 45minutes to walk from Thingwall to Greasby via Arrowe park.
Do you have a wooden leg or something? Its only 3 miles or so from thingwall to greasby. You must walk very slow
