Not sure I agree about 'Everton B' and what not. We're not Spain and it would destroy the lower league clubs.

But his point about making it a 'working environment' for the U21's is spot on.



Any youngster should read what he's saying. You get everywhere if you put the effort in.

The way I see it is that the reserve league is no where near as competitive than any of the English leagues (PL,CHAM,L1,L2,CONF). Youngsters will league a lot more in a 'real life' situation.
