3 points in the bag is better then a maybe three aginst the [Poor language removed], we are good enough to give them a game and get a result. Weve beaten them is the past with weaker squads. Two draws and a replay who knows MoFro may make the difference yet.

Is it me or does anyone else think the [Poor language removed] have very little on us!

As I said before in the match thread, I honestly believe Mark Atkinson made the right decision. Moyes should've replaced him at half time, but the main culprit is Fellaini himself. The kid has got to learn.

Very little on an Everton side with Yakubu (or even Saha...) and Fellaini.

Without them, they have everything on us. A recognised striker being one (y)

Hopefully I am proven wrong.

Yes it was a booking but the referee was letting players off with a warning for similar or worse.

Still it's done now and nothing can be done about it sadly,we still won and I'm happy.

Problem might be that we lose the two games against Liverpool, and Fellaini returns to a team that has lost a little bit of its spirit. I really do believe that Fellaini could have made a difference in those games. If not, then why did we pay £15m for him?

Fellaini certainly could have made a difference, but he'd also been our biggest worry for a sending off. Let's face it, the ref will be on the [Poor language removed]'s hand, so every excuse to get them on the front foot will be taken.

I think they've got a fair bit on us to be honest. But I don't think Liverpool are a great club at all. They are more than beatable.

thats now £30 million+ of talent missing from the derby .

is that a record for us ?

it will just make us beating them more sweeter.(y)

That's a fair comment, DT. I just feel that our biggest two games of the season are coming up now. Therefore, we need our best players available. Fellaini is certainly a top Everton player at the moment.

Its a funny old game mate, a lot of the time when the odds are stacked against a team they often come out on top, seige menatlity and all that.

I actually prefer that we are playing the [Poor language removed] rather then Utd or Arsenal if the players arent motivated for these games they shouldnt be wearing the shirts.

For me its a matter of short-term vs long-term. In the short-term leaving him on to get booked will hurt us in the two derby games but long-term we need him to start cutting out the niggly fouls he's so fond of. Maybe this will be just the kick up the bum he needs.

There's no doubting about that, Neb. Would've loved to have him availlable against Liverpool, as it's quite clear he can make a difference.(y)

I'm afraid that failure to replace Fellaini at HT just underlines what a poor tactician Moyes is. That was a call that any top class manager would have made in a heartbeat and Moyes missed it. How he had the brass necked cheek to be jumping up and down on the line in disgust after the booking I dont know. It's all well and good having a go at the ref or even the player, but the buck stops with him.

I'll always support Moyes for the way he turned the club around, but it's decisions (or non-decisions) like that which turn people against a manager. He's storing up a load of ill will with failures like that one today. Atrocious management.

Dude, youre just angry in general.

The buck stops with the players who got himself booked, Moyes would have told him to tread carefully no doubt.

Im fairly sure no one will care, if we are in Europe next season im far form admitting defeat but three points against the [Poor language removed] is the same as against west brom.
