Kenwright Exclusive - Part Two – News Archive – News – evertonfc.com - The Official Website of Everton Football Club

Mr Kenwright believes this is almost entirely down to the aforementioned team spirit - and coupled with the proliferance of the obvious ability within the squad, he senses tangible success is in the offing.
He added: "In this particular squad of players, he (David Moyes) has got 15, 16, 17...20 disciples who want to play for this football club.

He really should just give his arse a chance sometimes.

I follow Everton and believe in David Moyes, I've always wanted to play for Everton so I'm a disciple as well. I see Bill Kenwright as Santa rather than Saint. Give the guy a chance.

Stop whingeing dave, your boring. Take it to kipper or Tw, you will be loved on there

I suppose you either love or loathe King Billy. I accept that many people are sentimental and cant help themselves liking his brand of gushing luviness.

May I ask what exactly has Bill done wrong? He saved this club and brought it up from total demise, if he hadn't of stepped in when he did we could very well be out of the F.A cup already having lost to Barrow in round 1.

I accept some people despise the bloke to unhealthy levels but you should appreciate the fact that some aren't as obsessed and find constant nit-picking tiresome, thats nothing to do with "loving King Billy".

Give it a break ay? For your own sanity! :P

Exactly. And the constant trolling is becoming a huge bore now.

It has to be said, he used to be ok...especially when he was fighting Johnson and funding fans behind his own chairman's back to resist moving away from Goodison. He's not the first man, and he wont be the last, to let power corrupt him. As I say, though, I can see how he still has credibility - football is built on sentiment and Bill knows how to tap into that.
